Welcome to Built By Champion (builtbychampion.fit). By using this site, joining our email list, or enrolling in our coaching services or companion app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Built By Champion provides fitness coaching content, programs, and a companion coaching app under the "Proof-to-System" method.

2. Not medical advice

All content on this site, in our coaching materials, and in the companion app is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or personalized medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician or health professional before starting any exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition.

3. Assumption of risk

Exercise and physical training carry inherent risk of injury. By using our content, programs, or coaching services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume that risk. You confirm that you are physically able to participate, and that you will stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any activity.

4. No guarantee of results

Our coaching is educational and results-focused, but individual results vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to weight loss, muscle gain, or competition placement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built By Champion and its founder are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our content, programs, or services. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

All training programs, templates, videos, PDFs, written content, app content, logos, and the "Built By Champion" name and "Proof-to-System" method are the property of Built By Champion. When you enroll in coaching or subscribe to the app, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use that content for your own individual use during your active subscription or membership period. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our content without written permission.

7. Marketing imagery

Some marketing images on this site or in our social content may be AI-generated or AI-enhanced and are used for illustrative purposes only. Where an image is presented as documentation of an actual competition result or physique outcome, it is a real, unedited photograph.

8. Email communications

By signing up, you agree to receive emails from us as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Companion app

If you use the companion coaching app, additional in-app terms may apply, including terms governing in-app purchases or subscriptions and, if applicable, health-related data you choose to enter.
