Competition Record

Two divisions. One documented record.

Men's Physique and NPC Classic Physique reward different things — stage presence and conditioning in one, mass and symmetry in the other. Here's the real record in both, not a highlight reel.

Corner One

Men's Physique

Debut division — 2019, self-coached from day one. Men's Physique judges overall presentation, conditioning, and stage presence over sheer mass. This is where the record started.

2019
Debut — 1st, 3rd & 5th place, self-coached
40+
Building a masters-eligible physique the right way
DAY 1

Corner Two

NPC Classic Physique

2024 NPC Nationals — the division that rewards a more complete, classic bodybuilding look: mass with proportion, not mass alone. Two years of real, documented progression between debut and this result.

2024
NPC Nationals — two 1st places, one 2nd
5 YRS
From 2019 debut to national-level placings
40+
Peak results built during, not before, masters age
Why Two Divisions Matter

The method isn't division-specific. The proof is.

Competing in both Men's Physique and NPC Classic Physique means the underlying training and nutrition system had to work for two different judging standards — stage presence and conditioning in one, mass and proportion in the other. That's a harder bar to clear than optimizing for just one look, and it's part of why the system generalizes to real coaching clients instead of just one body type.
